At Maystone, we'll discuss your situation before your visit and clearly explain our charges, so you know what to expect. In many cases, leak detection may also be covered under the Trace & Access section of your home insurance policy.

Trace & Access is a feature of some home insurance policies that covers the cost of locating a hidden water leak and gaining access to it for repair. This can include professional leak detection and, depending on your policy, the cost of opening and reinstating walls, floors or ceilings. Maystone can provide a detailed report of our findings to support your insurance claim. Always check the specific cover and limits with your insurer.
